Victoria Sullivan pushed for state investment in a program worth nearly $30 million in taxpayer funding — a program she then worked on as a paid consultant, without disclosing that conflict on her financial disclosures.
When the fellow Republicans caught it, they turned on her. State Sen. Tim McGough called her "a true fraud in our ranks."

Wages frozen while prices climb.
Victoria Sullivan has publicly praised "Dillon's Law," which bars Manchester from setting its own minimum wage above the state floor.
New Hampshire's minimum wage matches the federal minimum — so that means backing a Manchester minimum wage stuck at $7.25 an hour, even as the cost of everything goes up.

Defunded public schools and shifted the cost to you
Victoria Sullivan led efforts to remove the income cap from New Hampshire's voucher scheme so even the wealthiest families can cash in on taxpayer-funded private tuition. This comes after she voted against fully funding all-day kindergarten for working parents.
Every one of those vouchers drains at least $4,265 — and up to $9,676 — out of the public schools your kids actually attend. Sullivan shoveled that money to private and religious schools and left Manchester and Litchfield homeowners to make up the difference on their property tax bills.
